St Lucia campus floor and wall condition assessments - updated

There will be floor and wall condition assessments on various buildings at the St Lucia campus.

When

  • Start: Friday 27 September 2019
  • Finish: Friday 25 October 2019

Work details

The current work involves visiting every room to record the type of flooring and the condition rating of the floor and wall, quantity of sinks, basins, showers and toilets in the room.

The assessor will only need to note the flooring types, quantities and ratings and will take a couple of minutes per room.

It is not feasible to give occupants an indication of the time when the auditor will turn up to the rooms. If the assessor turns up at an inconvenient moment, please advise them of a later time when they can return to complete the task.
