Landscaping works to 'Hamilton' historic ferry

Please be advised, there will be a series of proposed softscape landscaping works to the external surroundings of ‘Hamilton’ (formerly Pamela Sue) historic ferry located along Sir William MacGregor Drive to allow for the additional connection to existing pathways.

  • Start: Friday, 21 January 2022
  • Finish: Friday, 4 March 2022
  • Times: 6.30am to 5:00pm

Project details

  • Installation of new pathways to connect existing Recreation Precinct Playground pathway to the existing Maze, via the Hamilton ferry
  • Installation of lighting, seating and a change of fence
  • Construction of mass-planted, landscaped mounds
  • Installation of additional drainage solutions
