Facade Replacement: Sir Llew Edwards

There will be disruption to the Sir Llew Edwards Building due to the facade replacement project.   

Works over the coming weeks will include demolition of cladding at the eaves on the Campbell Road elevation as well as cladding panel installation to the atrium and Campbell Rd fins.

This will result in noisy works and will require exclusion zones to footpaths & roads surrounding access booms.

Further disruptions will continue to be communicated.

Expected completion date for the project is January 2023. Below is some further detail on likely disruptions over the coming few weeks

Dates: 24th August 2022 – 11th September 2022

Times: Generally, site hours will be within 6:00am – 5:00pm
