There will be disruption to the Sir Llew Edwards Building (14) and surrounding areas due the facade replacement project. Works over the coming weeks will include continued demolition of the facade at the eaves from a boom on Campbell Road. This will result in noisy works and require exclusion zones and ultimately footpath closures surrounding the boom. Removal of the scaffold within the Atrium will begin on the 27th September (pending wet weather) and will require some road and footpath closures.
Further disruptions will continue to be communicated.
Expected completion date for the project is January 2023. Below is some further detail on likely disruptions over the coming few weeks.
