There will be disruption to the UQ Centre for Clinical Research (918) as part of the façade replacement project. Please see information below on works planned for the next few weeks.
The UQ CCR façade replacement project is expected to be completed in August 2023.
Permanent Disruptions
- RBWH Parking Bays 17 – 23: These parking bays will be closed to enable suitable road width for passing vehicles, safe use of the area and will be used for construction storage.
- Myrtle Lane: The lane width will narrow, and a give way arrangement will be in place with traffic control in place during the day. Occupants should expect some delays to deliveries into the UQ CCR loading dock.
- UQ CCR & Pulse Café Bin Storage Area: Bin storage will be relocated to the loading dock.
- Pedestrian Gantry in Zones 1 & 2 will be in place until the close of the works
The above arrangements are expected to be in place until approx. May 2023.
