Façade Project: Sir James Foots (47a), Axon (47) & Hawken Engineering (50)

There will be an impact to access to both Sir James Foots (47a) and Axon Building (47) due to door closures and exclusions zones during construction works for the façade replacement project.

Both the Don Nicklin and Hawken laneway will be impacted / closed as per the dates below. Please see the attached map for impacted areas.
Furthermore, the installation of the facade and removal of the scaffold will create noisy works and potentially disrupt occupants.

Entry via Level 2 of Sir James Foots Building and Level 2 of Axon Building from Staff House Rd.

Access to S105 & S105C from Hawken Laneway will be impacted.
