The Hawken Engineering Building facade replacement works have commenced. The notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming works.

Truck Delivery of site fence panels
Truck to utilise loading bays and carparks on Cooper Road and Hawken laneway to unload fence panels.
Footpath may have intermittent closures, alternative pedestrians’ routes to be put in place.
Bicycle stands located North side of Hawken will be closed and inaccessible.
Motorcycle Parking East of Hawken will be closed and inaccessible.

6:30am – 5:00pm

19^th June 2023 to 3^rd July 2023

Contractor to commence cladding works, EWPs will be used in areas where cladding is to be removed; please refer to Figure 1 below marked “stage 1” for cladding locations.
Some Disconnection of services may be required.
Hawken Laneway to be closed during EWP operations.
Internal access to areas may be required during removal and installations so some disruption will occur.
Alternative pedestrian routes be put in place during EWP operations.
Noisy works are expected.
