Dutton Park

A health and biotechnology research and teaching hub

UQ Dutton Park is located in a vibrant research and innovation precinct, with an expanding health, biomedical and environmental sciences sector.

Across the river from St Lucia, Dutton Park is located within Brisbane’s innovation corridor. It is the primary teaching and research location for UQ’s School of Pharmacy and is home to the Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences (QAEHS) and the Cornwall Street Medical Centre (UQ Health Care). It is adjacent to the Translational Research Institute housing the UQ’s Frazer Institute and has strong connections with health and government partners.

The campus, previously known as the Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence (PACE), adjoins the Princess Alexandra Hospital and is nearby the Mater Research Institute-UQ in South Brisbane.

Part of the site has been made available for the development of a new biotech manufacturing facility, TM@TRI.
