Tenancy Shopfront Works: Building 4

Please be advised that construction and tenancy fit out works will be occurring at the tenancy shopfront at Building 4 (old Newsagency site) from mid-September to mid-December 2023.

Affected Areas

• Building 4, Ground Floor Tenancy Shopfront on Staff House Road

• Building 4, Room 103, UQ Print Staff Common Room

When

• Start: Thursday, 14 September 2023
• Finish: Friday, 15 December 2023
• Times: 6:00am to 4:00pm weekdays with occasional work on Saturdays, if necessary.

Work details

• Demolition and strip out works to the existing site.
• Fit out works for a future tenancy.
• Fit out works for UQ Print Staff Common Room (103).
