Roof Works: Zelman Cowen (51)

There will be roof works being completed on the western side (School of Music) of Zelman Cowen (51).

These works will include the membrane of the roof, repair of flashing and replacement of waterproof seals and repair and replacement of roof sheeting.

Noisy works will only occur from 5:00am – 8:00am Monday to Friday

Works will be undertaken to limit noisy works prior to the 8:00am teaching period start, work will continue after the 8:00am time but will be quiet works.
