Please be advised there will now no longer be a crane lift occurring this Saturday 15 April on the Northern side of Building 69 due to staff shortages. All pathways and access points surrounding Building 69, 67 and 62 will remain open and unaffected.

Work details
- All Level 1 and 2 entries and exits to Building 69, 67 and 62 will be managed by the Lead Contractors Traffic Management program. Traffic Management will be in place to ensure pedestrian traffic can still pass through when the crane is not in operation.
- No personnel are to enter/exit the building while the crane is in operation, unless in an emergency.
- Passage through to Phizz from Mansfield Place will be restricted.
- 1 x heavy vehicle (franna truck) will be used to cart equipment to and from the crane site via Mansfield Place
- Roof sheeting and equipment will be lifted onto the roof
Project details
Project will include:
- Replacement of the roof membrane and roof sheeting of Building 69
- Installation of new flashing, capping and drainage channels across the roof / northern & southern facades
