Please be advised of the following distruption to Staff House Road to allow for a turf delivery to the Amphitheatre.

- Times: 6:00am to 7:30am
Work details
- One lane closure on Staff House Road just above Jocks Road to be managed by 2 x Traffic Controllers.
- Turf to be unloaded from Staff House Road (when there is no incoming traffic) and carted into the Amphitheatre. Traffic Controller to spot/assist transit down Jocks Road to minimise pedestrian interaction.
- Expected delivery duration is 1 - 1.5 hours.
- Once the delivery is completed, the turf truck will be backed into Jocks Road to turn-around and exit Staff House Road.
Project details
The iconic UQ lake and amphitheatre is being transformed into a self-sustaining ecosystem that offers habitat for wildlife and more opportunities for people to enjoy the area.
