Some disruption to the Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence (PACE) Building (870) for the Façade Replacement Project will continue as the contractor progresses with the replacement of the non-compliant combustible cladding scope of work. These works will cause some intermittent noise and there will be some exclusion zones to footpaths, roads and work zones during these works, managed by the Contractor.
The cladding replacement on the PACE Building is expected to be complete by January 2024 and ongoing communications will be provided to give regular updates regarding upcoming works.
The works nominated below will create intermittent noise and may cause disruption. Exclusion zones surrounding works area will be in place and managed by the contractor.
