There will be a disruption and partial temporary closure at the Union Complex, Building 21C to the internal fire stairs, service risers, level 1 amenities and level 2/3 verandas to allow for minor asbestos removal works.
All works will be carried out safely by licenced professionals in line with relevant legislation and UQ’s Asbestos Management Plan.

- External verandas levels 2 and 3
- Internal concrete staircase from level 1 to level 4 (6-10am Tuesday the 31st)
- Internal service riser cupboards levels 1, 2, 3, 4
- Level 1, rooms 104, 105, 105A, 106, 106A, 107, 104 (hallway)
- Room 220 (no closure, partial temporary disturbance ~10am-1pm Tuesday the 31st)
