Please be advised there will be a disruption in area of the lift, nearby motor room and surrounding areas within the Skerman Building (65) at St. Lucia, whilst the lift and its associated infrastructure are upgraded.
Please note that the lift has not been in operation for approximately 12 months and is now being replaced.

Affected areas
Skerman Building (94) lift, Lift machine room and surrounding areas
- Bike racks on western end of building will be temporarily removed to facilitate delivery of new lift machine components.
Bike racks will be unavailable from Monday 9th October to Friday 15th December.
Work details
Lift No.77 within the Skerman Building 65 will be unavailable for the duration of the works.
The works will include removal and replacement of materials to the lift car and shaft, as well as the lift infrastructure (i.e. electrical, mechanical services etc.) within the shaft and machine room.
