Glazing Works: Sir James Foots (47A)

Please be advised that glazing will be replaced at Sir James Foots Building (47A) from Hawken Lane.

Affected areas

Monday 27 November, PM: Bollards will be droped off.
Tuesday 28 November AM – Wednesday 29 November PM:
Delivery of Small Boom Lift within delivery cut in on Staff House Road.
Exclusion zone to be set up within Hawken Lane to complete north side of building works.
2 workers in EWP basket – 1 worker as spotter and pedestrian traffic control – 1 worker within classroom – SHAPE supervisor roaming between areas.
Once northern side of building complete all workers to spot the transport of the EWP to the laneway behind SJF.
Exclusion zone to be set up in SJF laneway.
Identical setup for workers 2 in EWP – 1 worker as spotter – 1 worker inside room - SHAPE supervisor roaming between areas.
Existing glass to be removed from site by contractor.
When required EWP to be stored at the far end of Hawkn Lane or behind SJF – ensuring that the bin enclosure behind SJF is made available.
EWP to be picked up from Staff House Road cut in.
