There will be some noisy works in Otto Hirschfeld (81) levels 5, 6 and 7 to install new BMS control panels for the control of the air conditioning systems.

Work details
There will be noisy works to mount some BMS panels on the walls of the plant room.
There will also be installation of comms cables along the corridors of levels 5, 6 and 7 to provide the BMS connectivity for the new panels.
Project details
The air conditioning controllers are past end of life and spare parts are no longer available.
The installation of the panels is in preparation for the new controllers which will be installed and commissioned in January 2024.
