There will be remediation and repair works of Glasshouses 10 &11, Glass House Road, St Lucia Campus.

- Start: Monday 13 November 2023
- Finish: Friday 28 June 2024
- Times: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Work details
Works will consist of:
- clean and sanitising of the building and equipment
- repair and reinstatement of electrical, mechanical and water services to the building
A temporary covering will be applied to the external facade and temporary air conditioning installed to allow contractors to work safely and the reduce the heat load in the building.
Access
Glass House Road and the footpath immediately near the building will remain open and unaffected by the proposed works.
All access, store and material will be delivered via the carpark to the rear of the building.
The 7 carparks will available from 20 November 2023 – 2 February 2024.
