Please be advised there will be a series of noisy and general construction works occurring across the roof, facade and surrounding walkways commencing on Monday 20 March 2023 to building 69 as we undergo the building’s roof replacement.

Noise is expected to be minimal during operation hours of Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. There will be no impact to the buildings operation and access will not be affected.

  • Finish: Friday, 30 June 2023

Work details

Works will be isolated to the roof of Building 69. No other roofs will be worked on at this time.

To deliver Building 69s roof, we intend to split the roof into 4 x sections to be able to contain the noise and disruption to separate areas of the building.

  • Exclusion zones will be in place limiting pedestrian traffic through the site at the time of the lift. More specific notifications will be issued out closer to the time.
