Facade Replacement Works: Building 33 Fortnightly Lookahead

The Building 33 cladding replacement works have commenced with site fencing and scaffold being installed to the southern and northern elevations. The notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming works.

This cladding project is expected to run from April 2023 until November 2023.

Timeframe: 19 May 2023 to 2 June 2023

Scaffold works nearing completion; Noisy works are still expected during build. Some impacts to footpaths remain. (Alternative pedestrian routes be put in place)
Contractor to commence Cladding and decorative screen removal, EWP will be used in some areas where screens need to be removed. (Alternative pedestrian routes be put in place)
Glass panelling to be removed above Level 2 Lift and this may cause some interruptions to lift operations. Contractor to monitor.

Note: Access to Brewpoint Café will remain open during normal operating hours 7am – 11am. Construction works to commence after 11am.
