Repair of Concrete Awnings

Please be advised there will be a disruption to the Zelman Cowen (51) for the repairs of the concrete awnings on level 2,3 and 4.

This work will be completed in 2 Stages

Stage 1 in red is proposed to commence from the 19^th June – 14^th July 2023

Noisy works will commence from 6:30am and cease at 9:00am.

9:00am – 4:00pm will be quiet. Work will be patching and light hand tools

Stage 2 in green is proposed to commence from the 17^th July – 21^st August 2023

Noisy works will commence from 5:30 am and cease at 8:00am.

8:00am – 4:00pm will be quiet. Work will be patching and light hand tools.

Spotters will be onsite for the duration of the works and alternate routes will be in place. Where works occur over entry ways, these works will be mainly complete during the noisy work times. This will minimise closures.
All emergency egress will be maintained for the duration of the works.
Only one entry will be affected at a time.
PWD access will be maintained at all times and in the event of anyone requiring access, all works will cease to allow access at any time for person requiring disability access.
