Facade Replacement Works: Mansergh Shaw (45) fortnightly lookahead

The Mansergh Shaw (45) cladding replacement works have commenced. The notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming works.

This cladding project is expected to run from July 2023 until June 2024.

Timeframe: 17 July 2023 – 31 July 2023

Contractor to install site fencing.
Materials delivery to laydown area.
Contractor to commence installing scaffold to the Eastern side of Mansergh Shaw as per figure 1 below. (Alternative pedestrian routes to be put in place) Noisy works are expected.
