Roof Works: Forgan Smith (1)

Please be advised there will be disruption to Forgan Smith (1) for roof repairs. Work is expected to take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

Affected areas

Installation of new roof flashings and ancillary items to repair roof leaks.
During the initial setup of the site, both sides of the building will have exclusion areas established to ensure safety of pedestrians during the scaffolding erecting.
Similarly, during the breakdown of the scaffolding, these exclusion areas will be established and removed where they are no longer needed.
Contractors will be accessing numerous areas of Forgan Smith roof via an elevated work platform (EWP). Exclusion zones set up around the EWP while in operation.
During the works, a small site compound on the grassed side will be needed to house materials, waste materials and the EWP access. This compound will be screened to avoid visual nuisance.
No requirement for any rooms to be vacated.
