• Contractor removing cladding each side and decorative screens, EWP will be used in some areas where screens need to be removed. (Alternative pedestrian routes to be put in place), Noisy works expected.
• Some disruption to main entrance on Union Road, this will include half of the entrance foyer being closed at any one time as contractor removes cladding.  Elevator and direct building entry to viewing room access still accessible.
• Additional site fencing installed along pathway adjacent to union road. (Refer to figure 2 below) Services and club entry doors to be accessible when required. Pathway to remain open.
• Some internal access may be required.

Note: Access to Brew point Café will remain open during normal operating hours. Construction works to commence after 11am.
