Facade Replacement Works: Physiology Lecture Theatres (63) lookahead

The Physiology Lecture Theatres (63) forms part of the UQ Façade Replacement Program. As part of these works the cladding on the Physiology building will be replaced.

This notification provides a high-level look ahead of works scheduled for the coming fortnight. Ongoing communications will be issued throughout the works period to notify users of and around this building of any expected disruptive works.

Works at Physiology Lecture Theatres building are expected to run from October 2023 to August 2024.

20/11/23 to 1/12/23

Southern Entry

  • Scaffold Build - COMPLETE
  • Remove Caulking, cladding and tophats
    • Exclusion Zones around works areas for safety of users may impact usual pedestrian pathways.
    • Noisy Works including cutting and drilling and machine movements.

All Day - 7am to 5pm

24/11/23 to 28/11/23

External Lift

  • Scaffold Build - COMPLETE
  • Remove Caulking, cladding and tophats
    • Exclusion Zones around works areas for safety of users may impact usual pedestrian pathways.
    • Noisy Works including cutting and drilling and machine movements.
