Please be advised that as part of the Pizza Caffe fit-out project, the contractor will be undertaking works on the Level 1 electrical distribution boards. During these works, there will be a localised power outage to the Pizza Caffe tenancy, Darwin’s Café tenancy and the back of house cold rooms between approximately 6am-9:30am Friday 15 December to Monday 18 December 2023.
The contractor proposes to shut down power once a day early in the morning for 2-3 hours, typically between 6am and 9:30am. However, please be advised that these times are approximate and may vary depending on the works.
When:
- Start: Friday 15 December 2023
- Finish: Monday 18 December 2023
- From 6:00am to 9:30am (times are approximate)
Affected Areas:
- Power outage to the Pizza Caffe tenancy, Darwin’s Café tenancy and the back of house Darwin’s and Bagel Boys cold rooms.
Preparation:
- Shut down all equipment that may be sensitive to power cycling, such as computers.
- Plan to avoid accessing fridges and freezers.
