There will be temporary traffic changes at the P1-4 carparks on Sir Fred Schonell Drive, St Lucia, to allow for installation of license plate recognition boom gates as part of the 2026 parking changes.

Work details
- Works to install license plate recognition boom gates in and around the P1-4 carpark entrances and exits are nearing completion.
- Testing will be underway from 27 April to 8 May. During testing, gates will open automatically as vehicles enter and exit. Please continue to park as normal.
- The boom gates will be operational from 11 May and instructions will be emailed to permit holders.
- Motorists are urged to please take care driving in the area.
