• Cladding removal has commenced for the Northern Elevation areas where scaffold is currently in place. Noise expected on Level 4 & 5 from these works.

• Contractor will extend scaffold on the North Elevation (including the area above the Lecture Theatre at Level 2).

• Scaffold works to the Norther Elevation will create noise for areas below.
• Works above the Lecture Theatre include:

• Scaffold timber base: 29/08/23 – 11/09/23
• Scaffold build: 11/09/23 – 26/09/23

• Exclusion zones between Mansergh Shaw and Liveris Building required.

Access for deliveries to the loading dock & gas storage area between Mansergh Shaw / Liveris will require communication to the project team.

• Cladding removal will continue to move from North Elevation to the West Elevation. Noise expected on Level 4 & 5 from these works.
• Pedestrian access to West building entry sliding doors will be closed during working hours (will be opened up after hours) due to material movement for scaffold erection.
• Alternative access via Staff House Rd to be used.

• Exclusion zones between Mansergh Shaw and Hawken Building required.
