Facade Replacement Works: McElwain (24A) fortnightly lookahead

McElwain Building (24A) façade replacement works will commence soon with site fencing and being installed to the northern elevation (Entrance).  This notification provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming works and will continue to be issued throughout the project. The project is expected to run from Mid-September to Mid-October 2023

  • Contractor to install site fencing as per Figure 1.
  • Contractor to commence removing cladding as per locations set out in Figure 2.
  • Noisy works are expected in the form of power tools (Drills / Grinders etc)
