Facade Replacement Works: UQ Centre (27A) fortnightly lookahead

The UQ Centre (27A) cladding replacement works are ongoing. The below notification provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming disruptive works.

This cladding project is expected to run until May 2024.

Cladding Replacement All Zones

Cladding replacement works to continue in all zones from scaffold / EWP.
Localised exclusions zones will be in place as required with alternative routes provided.

Entrance to UQ Centre on Union Road

Entry will remain open with an exclusion zone in place near the front entrance during deliveries. Trucks will be parked at the front entry on Union Road when required.
Lift to remain open.
Noisy works expected during scaffold build.
