Facade Replacement Works: Human Movement Studies (26B) fortnightly lookahead

The Human Movement Studies Building (26B)  cladding replacement works are commencing with localised exclusion zones to be in place. The notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for disruptive works.

This cladding project has reached Practical Completion, however the Contractor has Defect Rectification works to complete. It is anticipated these Defects Rectification works will take at least 1 week. Works will be done from the ground and on mobile elevated work platforms, no scaffold will be installed.

Lookahead Timeframe: 20 November 2023 – 1 December 2023

  • Removal and installation of new Cladding
    • Localised exclusion zones where cladding being removed.
    • Noisy works from drilling and cutting.

East Elevation

  • Removal and installation of new Cladding
    • Localised exclusion zones where cladding being removed.
    • Noisy works from drilling and cutting.
  • Roof Overflow Upgrade Works – removal of screens to allow upgrade to overflow pipes from roof. Works to be coordinated with User group.
