Facade Replacement Works: UQ Centre (27A) fortnightly lookahead

The UQ Centre (27A) cladding replacement works are ongoing and the notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming disruptive works.

This cladding project is expected to run from March 2023 until May 2024.

Lookahead Timeframe: 20 November 2023 – 01 December 2023

West (North Union Road)

  • Install new aluminium top hats.
    • Noise from drills/grinders/saws
  • Install new cladding.

  • Install structural steel to corners.

West (South Union Road)

  • Remove cladding panels, top hats
    • Noise from drills/grinders/saws
