Facade Replacement Works: Building 33 Fortnightly Lookahead

The Building 33 cladding replacement works have commenced. The notification below provides a fortnightly lookahead for upcoming works.

This cladding project is expected to run from April 2023 until November 2023.

Timeframe: 19 June 2023 to 3 July 2023

Contractor to commence cladding and decorative screen removal, EWP will be used in some areas where screens need to be removed. (Alternative pedestrian routes to be put in place) Noisy works expected.
Glass panelling to be removed above Level 2 Lift and this may cause some interruptions to lift operations. Contractor to monitor. Some noisy works expected.
Minor Roofing works to install Anchor Points. Some noisy works expected.

Note: Access to Brewpoint Café will remain open during normal operating hours. Construction works to commence after 11am.
